【摘要】 目的观察普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗小儿喘憋性肺炎的疗效。方法将50例喘憋性肺炎的小儿随机分为两组,两组均在综合治疗基础上,观察组加入普米克令舒雾化吸入,对照组加入地塞米松雾化吸入,对治疗前后症状、体征持续时间、显效率等参数进行比较。结果观察组治愈率、缩短喘鸣音及咳嗽持续时间等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗小儿喘憋性肺炎,可缩短病程,疗效确切,且方便、安全,临床可推广为常规治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the treatment effects of budesonide on the bronchiolitis children.Methods Fifty bronchiolitis children were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group. For the observation group, the children were aspirated with budesonide in addition to regular medical treatment. For the controls, they were aspirated with dexamethasone besides the regular medical treatment. The symptoms before and after the treatment, duration and rate of recovery were compared between the groups.Results The results indicated that the observed group was compared very favorably (P <0.01) to the control group in the rate of recovery and symptom duration.Conclusion The use of aerosol with budesonide is an effective, safe and convenient way of treating children with bronchiolitis更多还原
