【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the reason for the death of 33 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods The data of 33 patients admitted to our hospital during 2000 and 2004 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The reason for the death about included pulmonary encephalophy from brain’s breath failure, right cardiac heart failure, cardiac arrhythmia, upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, disturbances of electrolyte and acid-alkali balance, acute renal failure and multiple organ failure.Conclusion Early findings and treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease complications can reduce the mortality.更多还原
