【摘要】 目的观察PSB技术诊断下呼吸道感染病原。方法采用纤维支气管镜下一次性保护细胞刷技术(PSB)获取病原体协助诊断。结果PSB技术致病性细菌阳性率80%,真菌阳性率4.0%,结核菌阳性率8.0%。结论PSB技术为一种特异性好的病原诊断方法,在我院下呼吸道感染病原中以G+细菌为主,化脓性链球菌、肺炎链球菌、葡萄球等为常见致病菌。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the diagnosis of lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI) by protected specimen brush (PSB).Methods PSB was used to obtain the germs of lower respiratory tract.
