【摘要】 目的观察家庭氧疗配合呼吸训练对缓解期COPD患者的疗效及护理。方法选择30例缓解期COPD患者随机分为两组,笫1组单纯家庭氧疗(每天15小时以上);笫2组在家庭氧疗的基础上配合呼吸训练,观察两组治疗前后肺功能的变化情况。结果笫2组肺功能各项指标均有显著的提高,P<0.01。结论家庭氧疗配合呼吸训练能有效改善COPD患者肺功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of nursing care to chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD) patients in lysis period through the domestic oxygen treatment (DOT) and the respiration training. Methods Thirty patients diagnosed with COPD in lysis were divide into two groups randomly. Group l received DOT only (over 15 hours a day), and the other group carried on the respiration training (by shrinking one’s lips or abdomen) on the basis of receiving the DOT. Pulmonary functions before and after the treatment were analyzed. Results The pulmonary functions of the patients in Group 2 had risen significantly compared with those of Group 1 (P<0.01).Conclusion DOT with respiration training is a good method to improve the pulmonary functions of COPD.更多还原
