应用数学方法鉴别诊断SARS病初步研究

【摘要】 目的 探索SARS病的鉴别诊断方法。方法 选择对SARS病有诊断意义的5项主症建立集合S ,确定病人对S1 的隶属度U1 ,再应用层次分析法算出Si对诊断SARS病的权重向量Wi;最后应用模糊数学的模式识别方法进行鉴别诊断。结果 整个诊断过程体现了医生分解、判断、综合思维的基本特征,将诊断过程中定性分析与定量分析相结合,诊断结果优于“经验”方法。结论 数学方法应用于临床鉴别诊断SARS病,可提高临床医师的诊断水平。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the differentiated diagnosis methods on SARS.Methods There are four steps: 1. Five major SARS diagnosis criteria were chosen (S); 2. Patients’ match to each of the criteria was identified (U1); (3) Use of hierarchical structure-level analysis method to calcuate Si and weight (wi); (4) Mathematical method was applied to make differntiate diagnosis on SARS. Results In the process, physicians’ way of thinking, of judgment, overall estimate capability were identified, qualitatively and quantitatively, which was better than regualr diagnosis method that was solely based on “experience.”Conclusion Use of mathematical method in making clinical differentiated diagnosis on SARS can achieve better result and help improve physicians’ diagnosis of disease.
