【摘要】 目的探讨住院病人耐多药肺结核治疗失败的原因。方法对我院1995.7-2003.7间收治的65例耐多药肺结核治疗失败原因进行回顾性分析.结果治疗失败的主要原因:用药不规律、化疗方案不合理、老年结核病人对药物的耐受性差、药物毒副作用。结论认识耐多药肺结核治疗失败的原因是重要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the reasons for the ineffective treatment of drug-fast tuberculosis. Methods The data of 65 drug-fast tuberculosis cases treated in the hospital from July 1995 to July 2003 were analyzed. Results The main reasons for ineffective treatment included irregular use of medicine, unreasonable plan for chemical treatment, increasing side effects of drugs of old-aged patients. Conclusion It is important to understand the reasons for ineffective treatment of drug-fast tuberculosis.更多还原
