血清氧磷酶-1活性与冠心病的关系

【摘要】 目的 观察和探讨中国人血清对氧磷酶 1(PON 1)活性与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的关系。方法 分光光度法测定入选研究对象 (包括 6 1例非冠心病患者 ,15 1例冠心病患者 )的血清PON 1活性 ;以冠状动脉造影结果作为分组依据 ,并分析PON 1活性与冠状动脉病变支数的关系。结果 冠心病组血清PON 1活性明显低于对照组 (t=17.2 5 ,P <0 .0 0 0 1) ;血清PON 1活性单支病变组明显高于双支、三支病变组 (F =9.5 36 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;而双支和三支病变组比较差异无统计学意义 (P =0 .13)。结论 冠心病患者血清PON 1活性水平明显降低 ,随着病变支数增加 ,血清PON 1活性水平有逐步降低趋势。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship of the activ ity of PON-1 with coronary artery disease in Chinese. Methods Two hundred and twelve subjects were investigated in this study, including 61 healthy subjects, 151 cases who were confirmed as coronary artery disease(CAD) by coronary angiography, including stable angina, old myocardial infarction, unstable angina. The activity of PON-1 was determined by spectrophotometry. Results The activity of PON-1 was lower in CAD group than that in the non-CAD group(t= 17.25,P< 0.001). The relationship between the activity of PON-1 and involved branch numbers of coronary arteries were statistically related(F= 9.356,P< 0.05). The activity of PON-1 was higher in the single branch group than that of the double and the three branch group(P< 0.05). But there was no difference between the two branch group and three branch group(P= 0.13). Conclusion The study showed that the activity of PON-1 was lower in the CAD group than that in the non-CAD group. The relationship between the activity of PON-1 and the severity of the coronary artery atherosclerosis lesions was negative.
