【摘要】 目的探讨蠕形螨在大学生外耳道的分布,为防治工作提供依据。方法对某高校整群抽取的613例大学生的外耳道采用马氏检螨法进行筛查,采用自行设计的问卷回顾被检者外耳道的自觉症状。结果该人群外耳道蠕形螨总感染率为11.58%(71/613),感染率无性别差异,感染者中有63例自诉外耳道瘙痒症;螨检阳性者中,有症状者多于无症状者。结论外耳道瘙痒症的发生可能与蠕形螨感染有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the distribution of demodex folliculorum and demodex breuis infection in the external auditory meatus of college students, that may to guide prevention and treatment.Method:Ma F.Method was applied to investigatie the external auditory meatus secretion demodex folliculorum and demodex breuis infection on 613 college students.Result:Positive date were 11.58%,it was indifferent in fame or male.Cases of the external auditory meatus demodex folliculorum and demodex breuis infection complained constant scratching anitch^67.6% ,that was more in positive cases than in negative case.Conclusion:Scratching anitch in external auditory meatus may have close relationship with demodex folliculorum and demodex breuis infection.更多还原
