【摘要】 目的探讨肾柱的声像图特征及超声误诊原因,以减少B超误诊率。方法对120例肾柱肥大的超声图像及检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果随机抽查的120例肾柱肥大患者:年龄<50岁,约占84%,>50岁,约占16%,男女性别及左右肾无明显差异,绝大部分位于肾的中极,多数在2cm以下,一般不超过3cm。结论肾柱肥大有一定的声像图特征,超声对其正确诊断有重要参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Exploring features of Ultrasonography ima ges on renal columnar hypertrophy so as to avoid the misdiagnosis.Method s 120 conftirmed cases with renal columnar hypertrophy were involved to discover the features of the disease.Results The 120 cases(16% beyond 50years old) showed that there was no differerence beoween male and femal e or between the left and right kidney.In most cased the renal columnar located the middle of the kidney and below 2 cm,seldom beyond 3 cm.Conclusion Renal columnar hypertrophy has its ultrasonography characters and ultras onography has an important value for clinical diagnosis.更多还原
