【摘要】 目的探讨超声对肺肿瘤的诊断价值和肿瘤声像图特征。方法应用超声检查肺肿瘤患者239例。结果超声对胸腔积液、肺不张的敏感性100%,对肺实变内肿块检出率90.38%。声像图特征表现为①小肿块型回声呈低等状。②较大的肿块内回声呈强光点或平行双线强光带。结论超声检查对肺肿瘤有辅助诊断价值,可作为诊断肺肿瘤的一种检查手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and sonographic appearance of lung neoplasm by ultrasonography (US) examination.Methods US imaging were performed to 239 cases with lung neoplasm.Results The sensitivity of US imaging to atelectasis and pleural effusion is 100%; the sensitivity to masses in atelectasis is 90.38%. The sonographic appearances were summarized as : 1),the echogenecity of smaller masses is low density; 2) the echogenecity of bigger masses is strong gleamy points or strong gleamy belt appears as parallel double lines.Conclusion US imaging is useful for detection of lung neoplasms.更多还原
