聚焦超声对肝癌细胞SMMC 7721超微结构的影响
The effect of focused ultrasound on ultrastructure of hepatocellular carcinoma cells SMMC 7721 in vitro
【摘要】 目的观察聚焦超声对体外肝癌细胞SMMC7721超微结构的影响。方法0.8MHz聚焦超声照射体外培养的SMMC7721细胞25s,将照射后的细胞体外培养24h以后对存活贴壁的细胞进行电镜观察。结果部分照射后存活的细胞有超微结构的改变:线粒体肿胀、脂质沉积,粗面内质网扩张。结论0.8MHz聚焦超声照射体外肝癌细胞SMMC7721以后,大部分细胞死亡,存活的细胞中部分细胞有超微结构的改变。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of focused ultrasound on ultrastructure of hepatocellular carcinoma cells SMMC7721 in vitro.Methods 0.8MHz focused ultrasound was performed on SMMC7721 cells for 25s in vitro. After irradiation,the cells were cultured for 24h and the electron microscope was applied to observe the ultrastructure of the cells.Results Changes in ultrastructure observed in part of the alive cells were as following: swollen mitochondria,lipid deposit,rough endoplasmic reticulum dilatation.Conclusion Most cells died after irradiation by 0.8MHz focused ultrasound for 25s ,and changes in ultrastructure could be observed in part of the alive cells.
