【摘要】 戈尔薄膜液体过滤器多用于化工行业,铜陵有色公司一冶是全国首家将其用于处理污酸污水的冶炼厂。本文阐述了戈尔过滤器的结构、过滤原理、除污过程及应用效果。自2000年投运以来,环保监测表明,该厂工业废水达到国家规定的排放标准,每年节约工业用水约50万t,减少铜损失70多万元。与传统废水处理工艺相比,具有先进性、适用性和首创性,并具推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gore film for filtrating liquid is mainly employed in chemical industries,but now it has been used in the first time by The First Smelter of Tongling Nonferrous Metal Group to treat the pollution acid and water from its smelter.This passage illustrates the structure of gore film,the theory of its application,dirty removal procedures as well as its application effect.The operation of gore film since 2000 has shown that industry waste water of the plant after treatment met national drainage standard completely,saving 500000t of water together with a reduction of copper loss valued more than 700000 Yuan.Compared with other traditional technologies,gore film is advanced,applicable and original and therefore could be popularized.更多还原
