选矿过程中水力旋流器溢流粒度分布软测量研究
RESEARCH OF SOFT SENSOR REGISTERING PARTICLE SIZE OF OVERFLOW FROM HYDROCYCLONE
【摘要】 水力旋流器溢流粒度是衡量其工作状况的一个重要参数。根据水力旋流器分级理论,利用神经网络等智能学习方法,选择合适的辅助变量构成了软传感器,以实现水力旋流器溢流粒度的在线实时测量。同时,利用现场数据检验软传感器测量精度,验证了方法的可行性与实用性。
【Abstract】 The overflow particle size from hydrocyclone is an important parameter in evaluating the operating performance in practical production.In order to realize an instant on-line measurement of particle size in hydrocyclone, a neutral network soft sensor is build by choosing some suitable secondary variables based on the theory of classification.The sensor’s measurement precision was verified by using the data from production,and meanwhile,the sensor’s feasibility and practicability were also confirmed through test.
