橡胶NdFeN和橡胶NdFeB磁体耐水锈实验研究

【摘要】 NdFeB磁体虽然具有优良的磁性能,但因其耐蚀性差、易被氧化等缺点,在一定程度上限制了其使用性,因此开发可代替NdFeB磁体的新材料势在必行。本文采用相同的压延成型制备工艺制备出橡胶NdFeN和橡胶NdFeB磁体。对两种橡胶磁体进行耐水锈实验,发现橡胶NdFeB磁体水锈反应严重,而橡胶NdFeN磁体基本不发生水锈反应。此外,新研制的橡胶NdFeN磁体具有成本低、拉伸强度高和延伸率大等优良特性。

【Abstract】 NdFeB magnet is ready to rust and oxidize,though it is of excellent magnetic properties.This restricts its use to limited fields,and as a result,a kind of new magnet is in urgent need.The paper presents rubber-NdFeB and rubber-NdFeN bonding magnet prepared by using the same manufacturing processes. Observation of these two kinds of magnets after rust-experiment under rust-circumstance, it was found that rubber-NdFeB magnet is ready for rust-erosion;whereas rubber-NdFeN doesn’t show any rust-phenomenon,and moreover,the newly prepared rubber-NdFeN magnet is of higher tensile strength plus preferably extending ratio and lower production cost.
