金属矿山经营参数动态优化综合模型研究
Research on Dynamic Synthetic Optimization Model of Operating Parameters for a Metal Mine
【摘要】 将经营参数的优化与投入产出分析结合在一起并进行研究是一个全新的概念,它从矿业系统工程的角度,把矿山的生产、经营、管理等纳入一个整体,对矿山的经营活动进行全面的技术经济分析,力求使矿山获得最佳经营效果。通过研究与经营参数有关的各种数学模型,建立了矿山的综合技术经济分析模型,在此基础上用双指标异步滚动技术和多目标模糊综合评判技术,计算了金矿资源回采过程中的合理品位指标和临界品位指标,然后将品位作为原始参变量,建立了金属矿山实物-价值型投入产出动态优化模型,取得了最优经营参数。
【Abstract】 It is an entirely new concept to combine the optimization of operating parameters with the a nalysis of input-output and then study them, aiming at to integrate the production, operation and management of enterprise into a whole system from the aspect of system engineering and comprehensively analyze its operating activities for technological economy so achieve best operating results. The mathematical models of operating parameters are established, and a model of synthetical technological economy analysis for a metal mine is established, based on these, the rational economic grade and marginal grade for a certain gold mine are calculated by use of the techniques of double-grade indexes asynchronous rolling and multi-purpose fuzzy synthetical assessment, finally, the grade of ore is took as a variable to build up physical-financial and dynamic input-output optimization model, the best operating parameters are obtained.
