确定采煤工作面粉尘浓度的新方法
New Method of Determining Dust Concentration at Coal Mining Face
【摘要】 现有工作面粉尘浓度确定方法只考虑机器参数 ,未考虑被截割对象的性质 ,而在反映煤岩性质的性能指标中 ,煤岩破碎性能指标—— m值对粉尘的形成具有重要作用。经过对 m与产尘量的定量分析 ,利用修正项将 m加入到数学模型中 ,并求出其线性回归系数 ,从而构造出更符合实际的计算工作面粉尘浓度的数学模型。修正前后两个数学模型的结果分析表明 ,修正后的数学模型更准确 ,为进一步分析研究工作面粉尘的影响与危害奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 The determintion method of dust concentration at the coal mining working face only considers the machine’s parameters,but does not consider the character of object cut.The coal’s crushing performance index--m value has an important effect on formation of dust in the performance index reflecting coal character.Through the quantitative analysis of m and the dust cutting output,m is added to the mathematic model by using the modified tem,then linear regression coefficient is calculated,so as to establish the more truthful mathematic model for calculating the dust concentration at the working face.The results analysis of the former and the latter mathematic models modified shows that the latter is more accurate than the former,which has laid the foundation for further analyzing the influence of the dust and harm at the working face.
