【Abstract】 This article explores the general as well as differential characteristics and rules of about the construction of innovation culture through the first and second grade systematized evaluation index,based on a practical case study of the innovation culture evaluation in the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2004.Furthermore,the study puts forward some enlightenment of the innovation culture construction and evaluation in the scientific research institutions of Chinese Academy of Sciences.更多还原
