【Abstract】 Knowledge process symbolizes the linear knowledge flow in organization, and keeps coincident to business process. Knowledge process is the basis of innovation and knowledge’s application in the level of single organization. By introducing the concept of knowledge gap, a method for knowledge process reengineering in organization is proposed. The method includes four steps: analysis of business process, denotation of knowledge process, analysis of knowledge gap and knowledge process reengineering. Finally, a practical case analysis is given to illustrate the use of the method proposed in this paper.更多还原
