组织学习与绩效的关系:创新是中介变量吗?-珠三角地区企业的实证研究及其启示
Organizational learning and organizational performance: is innovation a missing link?
【摘要】 近年来,组织学习的企业文化被认为是企业取得竞争优势的关键因素。虽然很多学者相信组织创新在组织学习与组织绩效之间起了中介作用,但却极少有研究给出实证的结果。改革开放以来,我国许多企业开始引入组织学习的管理观念,然而这种观念是否以及如何影响企业的绩效?国内外学术界尚未发表以中国大陆数据为基础的实证结果,也就是说我国企业倡导组织学习的经营理念有一定的盲目性。本文以我国华南地区企业等为调查对象,对组织学习是否以及如何通过组织创新影响组织的绩效进行实证研究。结果表明,组织学习对管理创新和技术创新都有显著的直接影响,而且通过这两个因素对组织绩效都有显著的正向影响,管理创新在组织学习-组织创新-组织绩效链中起到了至关重要的作用,是通过组织学习提升组织绩效的瓶颈。
【Abstract】 We examine the relationships among organizational learning, administrative innovation, technical innovation and organizational performance in this paper. The sample of this study has 134 companies in south China. We proved that organizational learning has a positive direct impact on administrative and technical innovation, and organizational learning has a positive indirect impact on performance by organizational innovations. Moreover, the direct effect of organizational learning on technical innovation is greater than the direct effect of organizational learning on administrative innovation. The indirect effect of organizational learning on performance by administrative innovation is greater than the indirect effect by technical innovation.
