【Abstract】 In the knowledge economy age, knowledge has become the most important strategic resource and productive factor in the development of economy. Therefore, knowledge management has gradually become the theme of enterprise management. In the article, the authors attempt to use the BCG in the course of enterprise knowledge management and establish the BCG of it in order to find out the inner kw and the attribute of knowledge innovation.
