复杂产品系统创新的过程模型研究

【摘要】 随着科学与技术的进步,复杂产品系统(CoPS)在现代经济和社会中扮演着越来越重要的角色。这类产品无论是特性还是创新过程都与传统大规模制造的产品不同。本文在案例研究的基础上,提出了复杂产品创新的过程模型,阐述了CoPS产品创新过程中各阶段特点。

【Abstract】 With the development of the science and technology, Complex Products and System (CoPS) plays a more important role in the modem economy and society. CoPS can be defined as high cost, technology and software intensive products, systems and networks, which are manufactured in small batches or make to order. CoPS defers from those commonly found in mass produced goods. Based on a detail researches in some complex product and system in automation industry, this paper develops a process mode for innovation of CoPS. This process of CoPS innovation is divided into six parts: requirement definition, work breakdown structure, outsourcing choosing, modular development, system integration and system amendment & update after delivering to users. In addition, the whole development process needs more direct participation of system suppliers and customers than conventional innovation.
