【摘要】 关于知识员工工作测量方法的认可程度的问卷调查表明 :对于不同的测量方法的均有着较高的认可度 ,但不同测量方法的认可程度存在着很大的差异 ,这些差异并不是表明某个测量方法在某个企业应用时的认可程度 ,而是表明了不同测量方法应用领域的局限性大小 ,因此我们应该因地制宜地运用这些测量方法更多还原

【Abstract】 The questionnaire census are implemented among enterprise and its results show that the majority hold the positive attitude and the various methods receive great acceptability which mean the application domain for variable methods should be varied and integrating various methods in practice can produce better effect.
