混凝(沉降)反应中“流体剪切力与物理化学”的相互效应研究
The Research on the Mutual Effect of "Shear Stress and Physicochemistry of Flow" in Coagulation(Sedimentation)
【摘要】 假定颗粒之间都是发生有效碰撞,根据分形维数提出了评判混凝过程的物理模型,并指出其混凝反应效果主要取决于初始阶段的剪切过程。进一步的试验表明,在药剂加入的初始阶段,存在“流体剪切力与物理化学”的相互效应;添加有机絮凝剂时需要较强的搅拌强度,而添加无机药剂时不能有太强的搅拌强度。
【Abstract】 A physical model to judge coagulation has been proposed based on fractal dimension,supposing an efficient collision occurred between particles.It is also suggested that the effect of coagulation is mainly dependent on the initial shear stage.Further experiments also show that the mutual effect of "shear stress and physicochemistry of flow" exists in the initial stage of adding reagents;and it needs to be stirred more strongly while adding organic flocculant,but needn’t to be stirred too strongly while adding inorganic flocculant.
