水对树脂锚杆锚固力的影响性研究
Study on the Influence of Water on the Anchor-hold of Resin Anchor
【摘要】 在巷道围岩渗水严重地段,树脂锚杆锚固力往往低于理论计算值,锚杆支护的可靠性难以保证。结合现场测试,在实验室研究了钻孔流水和钻孔内积水两种情况下,水对树脂锚杆锚固力的影响程度。经过分析表明,当孔壁渗流水不大时,树脂锚固剂在搅拌过程中,通过摩擦挤压作用,能够堵住某些裂隙出水点,但是一些分散到树脂胶泥中的水滴,会影响锚杆的锚固力。而当钻孔内水量较大,甚至有压力的喷水时,树脂锚杆锚固力会大大下降。
【Abstract】 Severe seepage is often occurred in wall rock around the laneway due to the anchor-hold of resin anchoring bolt less than the calculated value,thus resulting in difficulty in guaranteeing the security of the anchoring bolt support.Based on the measurement on site,the influence of water is studied on the anchor-hold of resin anchoring bolt in the laboratory under two conditions,including moving water in borehole and water being accumulated in the borehole.The analysis show that resin anchoring cartridge can stop up some fissures by friction and extrusion during its mixing,if there’s not much seepage on the wall of borehole.But some drips dispersed in the resin anchoring cartridge will affect the anchor-hold of anchoring bolt.Furthermore,if there’s much water accumulated in the borehole which has resulted in the seepage with certain pressure,the anchor-hold of resin anchoring bolt will be weakened greatly.
