碳纤维对镀铜石墨-铜基复合材料组织与性能的影响
Effects of Carbon Fiber on Structure and Properties of Copper-coated Graphite/Copper Matrix Composites
【摘要】 用粉末冶金法制备了碳纤维 镀铜石墨 铜基复合材料 ,测量了不同纤维含量时该复合材料的体积密度、电阻率、硬度、抗弯强度和摩擦磨损性能 ,并观察了它们的显微组织、断口和磨面形貌 ,分析了碳纤维含量对该复合材料显微组织和性能的影响。结果表明碳纤维的加入对镀铜石墨 铜基复合材料的体积密度、电阻率和摩擦系数影响不大 ,但使其硬度、抗弯强度和耐磨性提高
【Abstract】 Carbon fiber/copper-coated graphite-copper matrix composites have been prepared by the method of powder metallurgy. The properties of the composites with different content of fiber, including volume density, resistivity, hardness, transverse strength and tribological behavior all have been tested, and their microstructure, fracture and wearing surface also have been observed under the scanning electron microscope. In addition, the effects of the carbon fiber content on the structure and properties of the materials were also analyzed. The results show that carbon fiber has a slight effect on the volume density, resistivity and coefficient of friction of copper-coated graphite/copper matrix composite, but results in the increase in its hardness, transverse strength and wear resistance.
