【摘要】 本研究在总结环境政策形成与市民意识关系的基础上,分析了对环境问题的认识、对环境建设内容的期待、以及个人环境参与行为三方面内容。分析结果表明,产业污染、城市自然环境的改善是杭州市市民关心和期待的主要环境问题;多数市民为促进城市环境的改善,能严于律己、大公无私,但在有关为政府献计献策、积极参与集体环保活动方面的参与意识,仍需要加以引导和提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Building on a conclusion of relationship between the formation of environmental policies and the citizens’ environment consciousness,this project has analyzed people’s understanding of the environmental problems,people’s expectations for the environmental improvement,and individual participation in the environmental improvement activities.It is shown that industrial pollution and natural-environment improvement in urban areas are mainly what the citizens in Hangzhou care about and expect.Most citizens would like to discipline themselves and be selfless so as to better the urban environment.However,their consciousness of providing ideas for the government and joining in collective environment-protective activities still needs guidance and arousal.更多还原
