【摘要】 企业绿色技术创新行为存在外部经济性问题,这说明把企业作为绿色技术创新的唯一主体有其局限性。从技术社会形成论(SST)视角看,绿色技术创新是一个相关社会群体共同参与的社会过程。由此提出绿色技术创新主体系统这一理论分析框架,将政府、科研院所、公众等相关社会群体纳入创新主体系统,强调它们与企业的共同作用,以解决绿色技术创新的外部经济性问题,实现可持续发展价值观。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprises have their own limitation as the only one subject in the process of green technology innovation which is proved by the exterior economic problem existing in that process of enterprises. From the view of the social shaping of technology (SST), green technology innovation is a social process involving the participation of relevant social groups. So a new analytical framework on the subject system of green technology innovation is proposed with the participation of relevant social groups such as the government, s&t research institutes and the public. The joint function of social groups with enterprises is emphasized so as to solve the exterior economic problem and to realize the sustainable development.更多还原
