【摘要】 社会经济发展需要越来越多的行之有效的制度,但是目前制度设计的不成熟、不完善使得许多制度中存在着各种问题。基于此,本文从制度设计的技术层面展开探讨,首先对制度中人的行为做了假定,然后对制度进行系统分析,在此基础上,将行为控制的研究成果应用到制度的设计中,尝试借助行为控制技术来设计出更加有效的制度。最后,本文给出了制度设计的基本原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of society and economy, more effective institutions are needed. But now the institution design technology is still not mature, which has caused many problems about institutions. Therefore, this paper studies the design of institution at the technical angle. The author here first proposes the humanity hypothesis, and then analyses the institution systematically. After that the research results of behavior control theory are used in the institution design to work out more effective institution. In the last part the principles of institution design are discussed.更多还原
