【Abstract】 On the basis of separately analyzing the four models of public participation in technological decision-making process in European countries and America, the paper compares these four models from several aspects, such as the roles and responsibilities of the participants, the orientations of the typical participants and the governors, the requirement of information and knowledge as well as skills, and the power balance and outcomes. Then the advantages and disadvantages of each model are also revealed here. According to all of the above, the paper helps to choose the appropriate pattern for our domestic public participation in technological decision-making.更多还原
