高等院校科技成果转化绩效评价指标体系构建
The Performance Evaluating Index System of Universities’ Science and Technology Production Transform
【摘要】 从分析高等院校科技成果转化的现状出发,利用系统论观点,构建我国高等院校科技成果转化绩效评价的指标体系与模型方法。
【Abstract】 According to the status of transformation of universities’ scientific research achievements, the paper established the evaluating system and model of universities’ science and technology production transform based on the system theory.
