【摘要】 利用时间序列和截面数据结合的混合数据(paneldata)分析模型,对我国科技投入的技术进步效应进行了实证分析。结果显示:科技投入对技术进步的作用是明显的;由于各区域自身条件的不同,科技投入所产生的技术进步效应是不一样的;主要依靠科技投入来促进技术进步是不够的。因此我们在增加科技投入的同时,也要进行制度改革和资源配置方面的调整。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the method of panel data analysis the article analysis the effect of input of science and technology on technological advance in China. The result shows the effect of input of science and technology on technological advance exists evidently the effect of input of science and technology on technological advance of different districts is different from each other because of different condition and the effect on economic growth of technological advance largely depended on input of science and technology is not enough. So we should increase input of science and technology at the same time should change the system and adjust the allocation of resource.更多还原
