【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the actuality and the characteristics of supervision system in the process of implementing government science and technology plan projects and discussed the existing problem of supervision system. From the viewpoints of rule construction supervision according to the law making full use of intermediate institution’s function entrusting the professional institution to precede the supervision establishing project risk supervision system and managing the information system etc. the paper brought forward the suggestions to reform and develop the supervision system.更多还原
