【摘要】 国家科技进步奖励制度改革的方向是:以社会公益类奖项为主,同时扩大技术开发类奖项的权威性和影响力;强调产业导向和区域倾斜;完善评审指标体系,科学确定国家科学技术进步奖的评审比例;建议设立人物奖;优化评审程序和评奖方法,使国家科学技术进步奖的评审更加科学、客观、公正,更好地发挥对科研人员的激励作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the reform of the State Science and Technology Progress Awards System this paper suggests that it should focus on the Social Nonprofit Awards at the same time the authoritativeness and influence of the Technological Development Awards should be enhanced Also the awards system should be more industry-oriented and region-inclined. Besides the indicator system should be perfected and the weight of each indicator be set up more reasonably. Introduction of the People’s Awards and the review procedure improvement are recommended. In this way the State Science and Technology Progress Awards System could be more scientific objective and fair serving better to motivate scientific researchers.更多还原
