【Abstract】 Korea and China are both Catching-up countries. The experience of economic and S&T achievements in Korea is worth of learning. This paper analyzes how Korea adjusted its S&T policy, improved its innovation ability, promoted S&T efforts to serve the economic growth, and achieved international competitiveness in several industrial fields. Hopefully, this paper could provide references for our country to formulate a better national medium- and long-term S&T plan.更多还原
