【摘要】 提出了知识管理系统的一个体系模型框架。在模型中,把知识管理分为六层,即物理层、数据层、知识存储层、功能层、应用层和表示层。分别介绍了各层的功能及在知识管理系统中的作用。结合我国知识管理的现状对知识管理实施中的关键问题进行了分析与探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 A model framework of the enforcement of knowledge management was put forward in this paper. In the framework, knowledge management is divided into six levels: physical level, data level, knowledge storing level , functional level, applying level and demonstrating level.
