褶合光谱法考察药品的配伍稳定性

【摘要】 目的:考察室温下8h内乳酸左氧氟沙星与七种常用注射液的配伍稳定性。方法:采用褶合光谱法,结合外观和pH值检查法,并以差谱值予以定量表达。结果:在室温下8h内,乳酸左氧氟沙星与常用注射液配伍后,外观和pH值变化不显著;用褶合光谱法考察,乳酸左氧氟沙星与常用输液(乳酸钠除外)配伍8h内差谱值均小于10%。结论:室温8h内,乳酸左氧氟沙星与常用输液(乳酸钠除外)可以配伍使用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the chemical stability of seven common injections mixed with Levofloxacin Lactate at room temperature for 8 hours. Method: Convolution spectrometry was used together with the observation of external appearance and the test of pH value. The results were presented quantitatively with subtract spectrometry value. Result: There were no obvious changes in the external appearance and pH value in 8 hours. The subtract spectrometry value of Levofloxacin Lactate mixed with the other injections was less than 10% except with Sodium Lactate, by convolution spectrometry during 8 hours. Conclusion: Levofloxacin Lactate can be mixed with other common injections except Sodium Lactate injection at room temperature for 8 hours.
