pH值传感器的故障模式及其预报
Fault Diagnosis of pH Sensor and It′s Prediction
【摘要】 分析了在线pH值传感器特性,探讨其在线使用中产生的主要故障类型及其模式,提出一种基于时间序列的故障诊断方法,在污水处理系统中应用时,可将系统故障预报准确率从60%~70%提高到95%以上,较好地解决了自动控制系统中故障信息互相关联带来的难题,也为相关控制系统的故障诊断及预测预报提供参考。
【Abstract】 In accordance with the study of pH sensor characteristic, the trouble type and formation of pH sensor on line are analyzed and the new method of fault diagnosis is proposed based on the time series. The application results of the method in the sewage disposal system show that correct rate of fault diagnosis of pH sensor increases from 60%~70% to 90%,the difficult problem that is caused by the relation of fault in control system in successfully solved, and it provides a new way for prediction of sensor fault diagnosis in other control system.
