【Abstract】 Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) gains to increasing attention for broadband wireless access (BWA) system. Utilizing cross-layer architecture, OFDMA systems can use the information in link layer to direct the adaptive resource allocation. According to this idea, a new resource allocation scheme is presented which provides the fairness in the equal delay of every user in the queue of data link layer and meanwhile guarantees the spectrum utilization.更多还原
