轨迹成形法加工非球面光学零件新技术的研究
Research on the New Locus Shaping Method to Machine Aspheric Optical Parts
【摘要】 为了解决非球面光学零件加工难的问题,提出了一种轨迹成形法加工非球面的新原理,并对其理论、成形机理及机床结构原理进行了研究;在研制出的原理样机上验证了原理的正确性、可行性和实用性,进而说明了该技术的优点。
【Abstract】 For solving the difficulties of machining aspheric optical parts, a new principle of locus shaping method is put forward. And its’ elements theory, shaping mechanism, machine tool’s elementary structure are studied. An original machine tool has been developed, and on which the correctness, feasibility and practicability of this theory have been validated. In addition, its’ advantages are clarified.
