【Abstract】 It’s risky to innovate,but if you didn’t innovate,failure would be inevitable.The importance of innovation is more and more important,and accompanied with that,the innovation theory has developed day and day.At the dawn of the new century,Gary Hamel came up with a new theory about innovation-Business Model Innovation(BMI).BMI is more strategic,more systemic and more completely than the old innovation theory.First,this article probes the drivers for BMI to come up.Then,it describes the real mean of BMI.In the last part of this article,it also concludes the characteristics of BMI.更多还原
