【Abstract】 Firstly, the function of every decision subject in the formulation process of the plan of science & technology was described in the US, and then the influence factors of the decision-making process were analyzed from two angles of microcosmic and macroscopic. Finally, according to the experience of the decision pattern of the American science and technology plan, the concrete policy recommendations to formulation of Chinese medium and long-term science & technology plan were put forward.更多还原
