大断面软岩巷道耦合支护技术研究
Research on technology of coupling support in large section soft rock tunnel
【摘要】 针对高应力强膨胀节理化复合型软岩巷道难支护的特点和国内几种软岩巷道支护形式存在的问题,对大断面软岩巷道采用刚柔层桁架耦合支护技术,并对其特点、原理及其应用作了详细介绍。通过对第三系软岩大断面巷道的工程地质特征、变形破坏状况以及室内物化力学实验分析,采用刚柔层桁架支护先进技术,取得了良好的支护效果。随着采深的不断增加,刚柔层桁架支护技术有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the characteristic of high stressed,swelling and jointed compound soft rock tunnel difficultly timbering and the questions of internal several soft rock tunnel timbering,the technology of rigid flexible layer has been applied in large section soft rock tunnel,and it’s character,theory and application are particularly introduced.According to the engineering geological condition,deformation destroying condition and experimentation analysis in the third tie soft rock tunnel,the advanced timbering technology of rigid flexible layer has been adopted,and application consequence shows that bracing effect is satisfying.With the increase of the depth of coal mining,the advanced timbering technology of rigid flexible layer has wide application foreground.
