【Abstract】 This article is mainly about the way to solve the financial problems encountered in economic development of western China. Firstly, the role of capital was emphasized in the development of the western region. Secondly, it was elaborated that what measurements should be taken to overcome the bottle-effect capital issue in the economic development of western.
