【Abstract】 A new type of cyclone vane wheel is designed and studied by both theoretical analysis and test in the paper, from which optimal structural parameter is concludes. Based on this, a kind of horizontal pipe cyclone separator used for pneumatic system in coal mine is developed. Test shows that the separator has less resistance and higher separating efficiency, and reliability of pneumatic equipment can be improved obviously once separator is actually applied to industrial pneumatic system.更多还原
