【摘要】 目的:评价Branemark杆卡式固位种植覆盖义齿修复严重吸收上颌骨全牙列缺失的临床效果。方法:采用Branemark种植系统的常规操作方法,46枚Branemark种植体植入11例严重吸收上颌全牙列缺失的患者,3~6个月后,进行II期手术,将愈合基台连接在种植体上。修复期在Ⅱ期手术二周后进行,选择永久基台连接在种植体上。采用杆卡附着体(Bar-clipattachment),按常规制作和戴上塑料活动修复体。结果:Branemark杆卡式固位种植覆盖义齿修复严重吸收上颌骨全牙列缺失的近期成功率为100%。结论:Branemark杆卡式固位种植覆盖义齿修复严重吸收上颌骨全牙列缺失具有良好的临床效果。。。。。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of bar-clip attached and implant-supported overdentures in severely resorbed edentulous maxilla.Methods:According to the conventional methods of Branemark im-plant system,46Branemark implants were inserted in the edentulous maxilla of11cases at the first stage surgery.After3～6months,the second stage surgery was done and the healing abutment connected.2week later,the permanentabutmentreplaced the healingabutment,and bar-clip attachmentwas utilized.The over-dentures were finished according to the protocol.Results:The implant success rates for bar-clip attached and implant-supported overdentures in severely resorbed edentulous maxilla was100%.Conclusions:In severe-ly resorbed edentulous maxilla,the clinical outcome of bar-clip attached and implant-supported overden-tures was satisfactory.更多还原
