【摘要】 目的:研究颅颌面部动静脉畸形的临床分型、探索安全、有效的治疗措施。方法:通过多种检查方法,将38例动静脉畸形病例分为单纯型、同侧吻合型、复杂吻合型3种,并应用介入栓塞、结扎相应血管、手术切除等方法治疗。结果:病变全部彻底切除,术后随访6个月至7年,无1例复发。结论:根据不同的分型,处理相应的滋养血管,彻底切除病变组织是一种安全、有效的治疗动静脉畸形的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical classification of cranio-maxillofacial vascular malformations, and to explore safe and effective treatment. Methods: 38 cases were classified into three types by many examinations: simple type, ipsrlateral anastomoses type and complex anastomoses type, and were treated by appropriate methods. Results: All of the hemangiomas were removed thoroughly. The patients were recalled from 6 months to 7 years, and no recurrence was found. Conclusion: It is a safe and effective method for curing vascular malformations by dealing with relevant vesseles and removing pathological tissues thoroughly according to different types.更多还原
