【摘要】 目的比较应用生物功能性活动义齿修复系统(BPS)与传统方法修复全口义齿的临床效果。方法应用BPS系统和传统方法修复全口义齿各15例。于义齿完成3 d后复诊并检查压痛点,满3个月后复诊测咀嚼效率,然后进行比较。结果BPS较传统方法所修复的全口义齿压痛点数量少(P<0.01),咀嚼效率较高(P<0.05)。结论BPS制作的全口义齿较传统方法为优。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of BPS brand complete denture.Methods 15 BPS brand complete dentures were made and 15 traditional complete dentures were made.Comparisons of the incidences of sore spot in both and masticatory efficiency of them,within three days or three months after the denture,had been made.Results The number of sore spots in BPS group was less than that in traditional group,and BPS group had better masticatory efficiency than the traditional group.Conclusion BPS brand complete dentures are better than the traditional complete dentures.更多还原
