【摘要】 目的探讨口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)的发病机制及中药2号口服液的作用机制。方法采用SP法染色检测80例OLP患者用中药2号治疗前后病损区角质形成细胞(KC)异常表达人白细胞分化抗原DR区(HLA-DR)抗原的情况。结果80例OLP患者治疗前的KC均不同程度的表达HLA-DR;经中药2号口服液治疗后,HLA-DR的表达减少。结论提示OLP的发病与机体的免疫功能低下引起的自身免疫反应有关。中药2号口服液通过调整机体的免疫功能抑制自身免疫反应,取得较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the pathologic mechanism of oral lichen planus (OLP) and the principle of treatment with the traditional Chinese medicine No.2 Drinking. Methods The expression of HLA-DR in Kerationocytes(KC) of OLP in patients was observed using an immunohistochemical technique(SP method). Results HLA-DR positive KC were found in all groups of patients before treatment. After treatment with No.2 Drinking, the expression of HLA-DR decreased obviously and there were higher statistically significant differences between groups of OLP. Conclusion It shows that the mechanism of OLP is the autoimmune reaction because of the lower immunologic function. No.2 Drinking can acquire a good clinical effect by adjusting the immunololgic balance and inhibiting autoimmune reaction.更多还原
