乳磨牙根尖炎症波及牙胚的根管治疗临床观察

【摘要】 目的 观察因发生根尖周炎已具有拔牙指征的乳磨牙采取根管治疗后的临床疗效。方法 对 2 2例因根尖周炎造成根方骨质吸收并波及牙胚的乳磨牙采用Vitapex糊剂进行根管治疗 ,并定期观察。结果  2 1例病变受到控制 ,根方骨质吸收和受波及的继承牙胚都有不同程度的好转 ,仅有 1例失败。结论 根尖周炎造成根方骨质吸收并波及继承牙胚做为拔除乳牙的绝对指征值得商榷 ,应具体结合患牙的临床表现、继承牙胚的牙冠钙化程度等多方面的情况进行综合评估 ,在许多情况下 ,这些乳磨牙可以保留而无需拔除

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of the root canal therapy to the primary molars, which would have been extracted due to periapical diseases according to the clinical standard. Methods The root canal therapy with the Vitapex paste was adopted to treat the 22 primary molars, which would have been extracted according to the clinical standard. Results The periapical diseases of 21 primary molars have been well controlled after the root canal therapy, while the osteolysis, which happened under the roots of the primary molars and to the germ-involved teeth, has been reduced effectively. Only one case failed. Conclusion It is not appropriate to take it as an only standard to extract a primary molar just because of its periapical disease. To decide whether to extract such a primary molar,dentists should take the age of patient, clinical syndrome, and the calcifying of the tooth germ below and so on into consideration, and then evaluate all the situations in detail. In some cases, it is not necessary to remove the primary molars.
