【摘要】 目的:总结颌面部间隙感染的临床特点和治疗方法.方法:对5a间收治的78例口腔颌面部间隙感染病例进行临床分析.结果:颌面部间隙感染中牙源性感染占第一位(67·9%),老年人(60岁以上28·2%)、青年(20~30岁26·9%)多发.结论:应根据颌面部间隙感染特点,采取全身抗炎治疗、支持治疗与局部治疗结合的综合治疗.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the clinic characteristics and treatment methods of maxillofacial space infection.Method:78 patients with maxillofacial space infections treated in Oct. 1999 to Sep.2004 were investigated.Result:Maxillofacial space infections were occurred mainly during 21～30 years old(26.9%) and the elderly(28.2%). Tooth infection (67.9%)was the most common cause. Conclusion:The comprehensive therapy according to the characteristics of individual case were including antibiotic cure, support treatment and localtherapy.更多还原
